My name is Madison Womble, and I have spent years diving into different types of wellness: diets, workouts, breathwork, chakras, you name it, to find what is the best formula to feel my best every day.
I enrolled in the Institute of Integrative Nutrition (IIN) and became a certified Integrative Health Coach. During the program, I was exposed to several new methods and ways of interpreting wellness. I have created this platform to share my insights and to provide helpful tips to anyone looking to elevate health so we can all live a life where we thrive.
Health is wealth, and my goal in life is to live every day to the fullest doing what I love. I can’t wait to share what I’m most passionate about with all of you.
